When I hear Music...

So last time I got around to blogging I mentioned I'd be putting up some old school Debbie Deb stuff.

Raised never having a formal singing lesson, Debbie Deb's two releases for Jam Packed Records in the 80's become instant classics on cross over radio.

The two tunes 'When I hear Music' and 'Lookout Weekend' are still remembered today for their freestylin 'talking/ singing' approach to the lyrics and both tracks took only a matter of hours to record.

Sadly she was never paid any of the royalties she was owned and later sued for reimbursement. Whilst the experience soured her passion for the industry, to this day the tunes still rock.

Download Debbie Deb's 'Lookout Weekend' here.

Good stuff. Thanks for the props.
Deb is staying busy touring the country, and is enjoying the continued fan appreciation.
