The Whip are a duo out of the UK's Manchester whom continue to rise to the big time. Their latest track was desribed by the BBC as "unstoppably funkyand utterly insistent dancefloor-filler".
Trash, available only as 500 copy limited edition 7" has an excellent buzz on it with DJ Mag giving it 5 out of 5 stars recently and a big photo. Which means it must be good.
The Whip are Bruce Carter and Danny Saville. Previously members of Nylon Pylon, a turn-of-the-century Manc electro-rock four-piece group whom achieved mediocre stardom in their local area. As The Whip though the duo are receiving accolades galore.
Trash is the follow up to their debut track Frustration, was made single of the week by BBC6 in 2005.
